Information we collect

- Live chat messages, callback requests, and follow-up notes connected to your inquiry.
- Basic technical logs from hosting and security providers, such as IP address, device/browser details, and request timestamps, used for security, spam prevention, and reliability.
Live chat usage
When you use our live chat, the website may create a persistent visitor identifier in your browser so the chat widget can recognize the same device between visits and maintain the connection flow more reliably. Chat messages may be routed through our hosted chat infrastructure and may be stored in logs or conversation records so we can review, respond to, and support inquiries.
Local storage and session storage
We use browser storage, including localStorage and, where needed, session-based browser state, to support site functionality such as live chat behavior, visitor identification for chat continuity, UI preferences, and form/session handling. We do not use that browser storage to sell or rent personal information.
How we use information

Cookies and tracking
By default, this site does not run advertising pixels or non-essential analytics trackers that would require a cookie banner on their own. If we later enable optional analytics or marketing tracking tools, we will update this policy and add consent controls where required.
Message retention
Callback requests, email inquiries, and live chat messages may be retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up on leads, support client relationships, review prior conversations, and maintain business records. We may keep information longer if needed for legal, accounting, security, or operational reasons.
